Includes everything from Event Management, plus:
  • Seven one-hour meetings prior to the event
  • Budget Set up 
  • Scouting Venues & Vendors
  • Assistance with contract negotiations
  • Set up and attend vendor interviews with you as required
  • Assist with accommodations for out-of-town guest
  • Assist Bridal party at ceremony & reception to line up & cue musicians
  • Coordinate and review bridal party and vendor timelines and Itinerary
  • Coordinates entertainment and all announcements/events during the reception
  • Includes two or more assistants for the entire day (depending on event size at Camila's Decor own discretion)

For couples who want a curated wedding planning process. We do the research and you make all the final decisions from your wedding cake flavors to your colors!

for the couple who wants to take the lead with her panning, but as the day gets closer, we will take over to ensure a smooth ride.

Includes everything from Day-Of Coordination, plus:
  • Five one-hour meetings before the event
  • Unlimited wedding day hours
  • Assistance with choosing vendors
  • Assistance with the design & floor plan of the event
  • Budget Management & monthly budget review
  • Supervise setup for the ceremony (flowers, aisle runner, etc.)
  • Plan and coordinate rehearsal dinner & ceremony
  • Assistance at church
  • Distribute flowers to the wedding party 
  • Distribute final payments
  • Monitor venue set up and clean up at ceremony and reception
  • Includes one assistant for an entire day (at Camila's Decor own discretion)
